In Christchurch we did an Off the Beaten Track tour through the ship called High Country Explorer. We drove from Christchurch up into the high country where we boarded jet boats for a short trip up the river where we boarded four wheel drive vehicles that took us across a 30,000 acre sheep, cattle and deer farm. The jet boats were a blast and the scenery was spectacular. We had a very nice lunch at the farm. |
